Frequently Asked Questions

Care is provided by a Certified/licensed Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in primary care, occupational health and acute care. 

We offer primary care services, occupational health services such as DOT physicals, per-employment physical, post job offer physical, return to work physical, minor urgent care (non-emergency) like laceration care and Telehealth  for select conditions. Please call clinic for more information. 

At this time, we do not provide imaging services on-site. When needed, patients may be referred to appropriate diagnostic facilities.

Basic lab testing may be available or ordered through partner laboratories when clinically appropriate.

Insurance acceptance and payment options vary. Please contact the clinic directly for the most up-to-date information.
