At Raynor Care Clinic, we offer Telehealth visits as a convenient option for certain medical concerns. Telehealth allows you to connect with your provider from the comfort of your home while still receiving professional, patient-focused care.
Telehealth visits may be appropriate for follow-up appointments, medication management, review of test results, and select acute or chronic conditions. Each visit is evaluated individually to ensure Telehealth is clinically appropriate for your needs.
Technology Requirements
To help ensure a smooth and successful Telehealth visit, please have the following available:
- A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a working camera and microphone
- A reliable internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data)
- Access to the CharmHealth Patient Portal
Check-In and Visit Instructions
Before your scheduled Telehealth appointment, you will receive instructions on how to log in to the patient portal and complete any required forms. Completing this information ahead of time helps your visit start on time and allows your provider to focus on your care.

Telehealth visits are best suited for patients who need:
- Follow-up care
- Medication adjustments or refills
- Review of test or lab results
- Evaluation of mild or stable symptoms
